2. Agreement

Upon engaging with i313 Media for goods and services, both parties enter into a binding agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms. Any alterations to the agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both i313 Media and the client.

3. Refunds

a. Goods: i313 Media offers refunds for physical goods within 14 days of delivery if they are faulty or not as described. Clients must notify i313 Media in writing and return the goods in their original condition and packaging.

b. Services: Refunds for services are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Any disputes regarding refunds for services will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Returns

a. Goods: Clients may return physical goods within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund if the goods are faulty or not as described. i313 Media will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

b. Services: Returns for services are not applicable as they are intangible. However, if the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, i313 Media will work with the client to rectify the situation.

5. 3-Month Notice Period

For contracts entered into between i313 Media and the client, there is a 3-month notice period at the end of each contract term. Either party may terminate the contract by providing a written notice at least 3 months before the contract’s expiration date. This notice period allows both i313 Media and the client to plan for the conclusion of the business relationship and ensures a smooth transition.
